When will my order be processed?

We process orders from Monday to Friday and normally take 2 to 5 days to ship once payment is received.

Please understand that it may take a few days longer if the order is purchased over the weekend or during a holiday period.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been processed, shipments usually take between 3 and 7 business days depending on the area of the country.

There may be slight variations depending on location, but you will have a tracking number for your order at all times. Some orders may suffer a delay in delivery due to customs problems. If after 31 days you do not receive the product, please contact us. All contact details are in the "contact us" section.

If after 60 days you do not receive your product. We will refund 100% of the amount of the product.
