To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order you have 12 hours to do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our contact page immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If 12 hours have passed, we will not be able to cancel your order as it would have already been shipped.
Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2 to 5 business days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant, while credit or debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer.

Refunds/return orders (if applicable):
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products to email@example.com with photos of the damaged items. Once we receive the damaged item, we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our contact page so we can send you our return address. Once the item is inspected, we will refund your money within 2-5 business days. You may also opt for an in-store credit if you wish, the choice is yours.
My item is damaged.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
WANDERFUL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed for delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon request, WANDERFUL will confirm delivery to the address provided, the delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If the customer does not receive the order within 40 days of purchase, WANDERFUL will treat the order as lost and proceed with a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach your home may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return item.
